To the core, South x Saigon is Southern food representing cultures merging within the metaphorical "gumbo" that is Houston, TX. Everything making this city unique is creatively served up on a warm plate smothered in hospitality and pride.

Recently remodeled and renamed. Tried them out again and it was amazing just like before. They have new items on their menu and I suggest getting the banh boys. It’s a po boy but with a twist of banh mi. Staff was attentive and nice. Recommend this place!

Restaurant caught my eye because I love the name. Super catchy and I saw it had Vietnamese inspired food like oc len xau dua (coconut snails) & banh boys (think po boys + banh mi). It has a lot of seating so I would recommend you bringing your loved ones to try lots of dishes together. Holly was super helpful and welcoming in recommending dishes to try!

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT US.
Found this cool place on a random night out with the gf, was craving some snow crabs and saw they had viet-cajun style seafood boils. I got a pound of snow crabs with viet-cajun garlic butter extra spicy and an order of garlic parmesan wings, the gf got chicken lo mein. Everything was amazing; food, staff and ambiance. The snow crabs were sweet buttery and the perfect amount of spice, garlic parmesan wings was also buttery amazing with parmesan cheese in every bite and lastly that lo mein was juicyyy with the chicken tasting like home cooking! There were also multiple tvs to watch football and whenever we needed something the waitresses where easily available and accommodating. Will definitely come back!
